With a background that includes managing multiple location facilities and supporting sales and service operations for some of the most recognized consumer brands in the industry -- where he consistently achieved top and bottom line results -- Mr. Geisler is an award-winning leader who drives continuous improvement protocols across all channels in diverse and evolving business environments.
While at Johnson Controls, Mr. Geisler successfully led service and project management teams through a major reorganization; turning Building Automation Systems, Mechanical, and HVAC preventative maintenance, repair / installation into a customer centric operation. Additionally, by changing equipment install methods, customer survey Net Promoter scores were raised to “World Class” levels while concurrently reducing costs. His expertise was further informed through management positions and influencer roles at First Service Networks, Culligan, DHL, FedEx and GE.
Mr. Geisler earned an MBA in Strategic Management and a BA in Management from National Louis University where he went on to serve as an Adjunct Professor; teaching undergraduate classes in Management & Supervision, Marketing, Quality/Process Management, Organizational Design/Effectiveness, and Human Resource Management. Mr. Geisler also received a Six Sigma Quality Black Belt certification from GE Capital and is recognized as a change agent who leads by inspiration and example, working comfortably in both strategic, big picture arenas as well as tactical hands-on, rolled-up shirt-sleeve environments.
